There's nothing we like more than cooking on big open fires in the great outdoors. You can be guaranteed that the weather conditions will always surprise you, and the ingredients taste different…better.
This month, we had a play with our new piece of equipment. An asado outdoor cooking kit, made in Dorset, inspired by the barbecue culture of South America. While we have the ability to cook whole lambs or pigs at once, we are getting really creative with our vegetarian dishes too.
