We've been lucky enough to cater for some fantastic smaller events recently. For a recent surprise birthday party we served up a 7 course menu; featuring wild boar & juniper ragu agnolotti; wing rib of beef with celeriac puree & wild mushrooms, plus a cleansing prosecco with homemade lemon sorbet. A quote from the birthday girl 'We were utterly blown away by the quality of the food, Bella and Angelo were a huge part of making the evening so much fun!' - Music to our ears!
VIRTUAL EVENTS
Creative, fun and joyful- that's the type of virtual events we are creating. This one was a lot of fun, we sent out 40 pizza making sets across the country for a team building pizza workshop. Boxes included organic salsa, pizza dough made with Alix's 20 year old starter, cured meats, mozzarella and a couple of cold beers! We even got to judge the winner, it was a tough choice- clearly a talented bunch!
