Wedding tastings
At Caiger HQ love is always in the air.
A couple came in last week for their wedding tasting, here's a peak of what they ate.
- Smoked trout and kumquat,
- Burrata with balsamic buttered beetroot, rosemary oil, walnut brittle
- Grilled ribeye and bavette steaks with bone marrow and garlic butter with either a green peppercorn and caper sauce or an anchoïde,
- Bitter chocolate tart with salted caramel, crème fraiche and milk crumb
