The past two weeks has brought some fantastic weather and with it the beginning of our favourite season of food, spring. The markets are now filling up with delicious tomatoes and juicy stems of asparagus.
To make the most of this beautiful produce we are launching a weekly delivery service of a Roast BBQ Box, so that you can make the most of this sunny weather while having to stay at home.
This week's Roast BBQ Box is available for delivery on Friday 17th April, for 2 or 4 people:
Antipasti board: Cheese and olive bread twist, cold cuts, cherry tomatoes and a pesto dip
Main: Spatchcocked chicken to be roasted in the oven or barbecued with rose harissa and lime marinade Courgettes and asparagus with garlic and lemon oil, New potatoes with fennel salt, Chicken jus
Dessert: Doughnut bread and butter pudding
We are also launching an Aperitivo Box so that you can make the most of sunshine drinks in the garden or sitting on your windowsill.
Rhubarb Collins for 2 Wasabi spice snack pot Olive and almond bread twists with gruyere Selection of Cheese and cured meats
Don't forget that we still have our NHS Special on the freezer meals menu, with all the profits going to make snacks and treats to be delivered to NHS workers. We did our first delivery this Monday and it went fantastically. Thank you all for your support, to help us be able to make and deliver the snacks.
